Nina Björk is a Sweden-based contemporary artist working primarily with painting. Her practice explores landscape as both an inner and shared space, shaped through movement, material resistance, and long-term process.
Working with layered surfaces and slow, iterative methods, her paintings move between landscape and abstraction, allowing images to emerge gradually through material, gesture, and time.
Alongside her studio work, she initiates and participates in collaborative and site-based projects that connect artistic practice with specific places and communities.
Since 2024 she is represented by Galleri Lienhart in Stockholm.
This portfolio presents selected projects and series from an ongoing artistic practice.
